At an underground mining site in Guizhou, three ZDY6800LPS crawler-type fully hydraulic tunnel drill rigs successfully broke through F12-grade hard rock, achieving 150 meters of drilling in a single, eight-hour shift. They efficiently completed the critical construction task of drilling drainage holes on the excavation face, buying valuable time for the safe advancement of subsequent mining operations.

Five ZDY4500LPS crawler-mounted fully hydraulic tunnel drill rigs for coal mines, operating in the complex geological conditions of Shanxi’s intertwined coal and rock formations, have achieved a record annual footage of 18,000 meters per rig, fully demonstrating the equipment’s reliable output over long-term operations. For water exploration holes in coal seams with a 30° elevation angle and a diameter of 94 mm, a single crew can achieve a footage of 200 metros, providing a solid defense against water hazards and ensuring safe mining operations.

It is suitable for drilling operations such as gas control, water exploration and drainage, and geological surveys. At a coal mine operation in Shaanxi, cumulative footage exceeded 12,000 meters over 10 months, and a hydraulic fracturing needle drill with a diameter of 120 mm and a depth of 768 meters was completed in two days with high quality. This effectively addressed the industry’s pain points in deep-hole construction: easy deflection, difficult speed control, and low efficiency.
