Hydrocyclones that further separate solids based on size, removing smaller particles (e.g., desander for particles above 50 Micras, desilter for particles above 20 Micras).
Decanter Centrifuge:
A more advanced separation method that uses centrifugal force to separate solids from the liquid, often used for finer solids and higher flow rates.
Pumps: Centrifugal pumps are used to transfer the mud through the system and to the drilling rig.
Mixing Hopper: Used to add chemicals or adjust the properties of the drilling fluid.
Chemical Treatment: Specific chemicals may be added to the mud to adjust its properties, remove contaminants, or enhance its performance.
Storage Tanks: Tanks are used to store the treated mud before it is reused.
Filtration Units: May include filter presses or belt filters to further separate solids from the liquid phase.
