BW-400 Horizontal Mud Pump for 40ton HDD Drilling Machine

BW-400 reciprocating mud pump hydraulic usually run under 4 different speeds and flows by reduction gearbox.
It is a horizontal single acting triplex mud pump, can be used for new drilling techniques as hydro-hammer drilling within 1000m bore depth, screw drilling within 1500m bore depth, turbodrilling, ordinary inner core drilling method within 2500m bore depth.
Its main function is to circulate the washing fluid inside the drill bores and rush out the rock debris to the ground, to keep the bore bottom clean, to protect the bore wall from collapse and to cool down and lubricate the drilling bits or drilling tools.

For the abovementioned pumping fluid, it can’t contain any chemical impurities which are corrosive to metals and rubbers, meanwhile, the temperature should be no higher than 50℃. If the fluid is drilling mud, then it is recommended to follow below requirement:
1) Specific gravity: between 1.03~1.12,
2) Velocity: 18~25S
3) Allowable sand: Макс. 4% in content, Макс. diameter 3mm
4) PH Value: 7~8
5) No massive mud clods, grasses, tree leaves inside the fluid
